Developed a geospatial data capture and automated analysis/reporting system for cathodic protection (CP) data (Trademarked), which brought value to the client base and increased internal operating efficiency resulting in better customer relationships and increased revenue stream. Established new processes for data collection, and data management to meet QCQA, Auditing and ISO requirements. Developed new business intelligence reporting that realized new KPIs for the company. Implemented custom tools for data mining, report automation, geospatial data processing and analysis. Implemented successfully recommended changes to print devices and achieved a net cost savings of approximately 2 million dollars per annum as part of a global project team whose strategy was to analyze potential cost savings of all print devices.
