I am a Machine Vision Specialist & Software Engineer working primarily in the area of industrial automation.I am skilled in specifying, deploying and supporting machine vision systems and components accross a range of industries including medical devices, automotive, plastics and general manufacturing. I enjoy working with customers, suppliers and partners at all levels and maintaining open and honest relationships which our business thrives upon.My software skills include c# and the dot net framework and sql databases for which I keep my knowledge up to date with annual in-house training. I have experience with MFC and visual C++ as well as Visual Basic and C with experience cross compiling onto TI dsp platforms.I enjoy my role within our business including managing our IT infrastructure and software requirements. I also take responsibility for elements of our professional and business development including gaining accreditation for ISO9001:2008.
