PM, BA, Test Manager, Product Owner, and PMO activities for Private Bank Operations department (Middle/Back Office & Front office impact), seeing through a variety of projects, programmes, regulatory remediation and initiatives from beginning to end (and beyond) including:Discretionary Investment Mandate generation - Defining investment documents for a variety of clients in different locales and legal jurisdictions, offering a dynamic flexible system to establish and control investment choices including a wide range of customisations;Business Intelligence - Ripping up nearly a decades' worth of creaking End User Computing in VBA based Access and Excel files and bringing them over to a sustainable business intelligence solution, establishing necessary data warehouses & marts, securing development resources, identifying key data sources, and also complementing through additional sofware such as Alteryx for process automation;Corporate Actions - Automation of corporate action processing, tracking and notification for a variety of clients, portfolio managers and institutions in multiple countries, languages and communication methods (including Fax), with automated booking and blocking when appropriate;Stock and Cash Reconciliation - Automation of reconciliation activities by moving counterparties onto Swift messaging for notifying position and establishing effective business rules to bring high level of matching;Other endeavours include: Product owner for client documentation generation systems; Test manager for MiFID II trading system changes; Coordinator for porting of 100+ legacy apps into Bootstrap front-ends; Developer of PMO artefacts for other PMs including tools for greater transparency of project reporting via Sharepoint development; Operations manager for middle office activities; Trading system enhancements, including new netting system; and many more.
