Responsible for Project Managing field service jobs from initial customer request thru to invoicing and reporting. Duties would include initial meeting with customer to clarify their needs/requirements, arranging of resources and spare parts to carry out the work, arranging the mobilisation/demob of personnel and any specific equipment required, liaise with Senior Service Engineer onsite and customer contact try the entirety of the job, work through any onsite issues to ensure jobs complete on time and to customers satisfaction. Upon completion of site work ensure all paperwork, reports, relevant records and invoices are completed on time, compile the final report for the customer and attend any wash up meeting on completion of work.At all times during this ensuring QEHS guidelines and procedures are followed.
