I am a partner specialising in advising on corporate finance transactions, in particular in two principal areas: (a) public and private M&A, much of it involving a cross-border or international dimension; and(b) IPOs and other equity capital markets transactions, particularly involving the London Stock Exchange's AIM and main markets. I have further expertise in other forms of corporate transactions, such as joint ventures and investments, as well as general corporate advisory and corporate governance matters. I have experience of advising on transactions across a wide range of industry sectors, countries and transaction sizes, from a few millions dollars to tens of billions of dollars.
