Responsible for bringing in new and improving existing technologies to streamline the repair processes end to end within the repair centre.

- Provided support to the KNOWHOW™ National Repair Centre- Investigated common faults and liaised with manufacturers to provide suitable solutions for both Computing and Flat Panel categories- Evaluated and implemented a PC diagnostic solution to increase efficiency, accuracy of fault diagnosis and reduce costs for approximately 8,000 repairs per week- Evaluated of new technologies to introduce new tools for the engineering team with the aim of reducing costs- Maintained documentation used by the retail stores when selling the Fault and Fix service- Involved in the refurbishment of computing products program- Presented the Company's Customer Plan to over 2000 colleagues on multiple occasions
