Hi there, I'm Iain. I'm a psychologist focused on workplace culture and performance. I am currently the Head of Client Impact and Insights at Sunny. Research shows that improving human connection positively impacts our physical and mental health, which helps us get more out of life and work. At Sunny, we’re building solutions to do just that. Sunny is an innovative non-profit that helps foster more fulfilling relationships for greater well-being in society and the workplace.I have a PhD in Applied Psychology, I'm a Chartered Psychologist (BPS), and a professional member of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. My research has been published in the International Journal of Training and Development, the Human Resource Development Review, the International Journal of Communication, and the Journal of Qualitative Research in Organizations and Management. I have written for publications including HR Director, Management Today, and The Independent (a newspaper in the UK). I have given keynotes at Shell, Volkswagen, and Google Cloud, among others. I'm also a co-founder of Third Planet Collective. We work pro-bono with organizations to share behavioral science insights around environmentalism and how employers can make a difference in the world.
