About Iain Baker
I've worked in the music industry for my entire life. From local record shops, to managing the mail order department of the Rough Trade shop in West London, touring the world with Jesus Jones, I've always been surrounded by music, which has evolved organically into my current position as a manager, DJ, and producer. I worked in Radio for many years, first with 104.9 Xfm in London, then with NME Radio.In between, I helped to co-found the internet radio station/social networking site Shadowglobe and also provided voice content for The Music Machine, Britain's biggest online streaming alternative radio station. This led to regular production and voice work for CDNX and NME's online radio stations.Jesus Jones has perhaps been the defining force in my musical career - with the band recently celebrating its thirty-fifth anniversary. I've moved my work outwards as well: my company Two & Ten now manages Jesus Jones, as well as representing the catalogue of singer and songwriter, Mike Edwards. Two & Ten aims to provide solutions, not just for ourselves, but for other artists who inhabit a similar space. Specialities: Artist/band management/ Voiceover work, producing and presenting various radio content, artist liaison, media training, Club DJ work.
