Project managed Australia wide (6000 pax) Learning Management System (LMS) implementation, including requirements gathering, budget management, learning process definitions, vendor engagement and management, internal stakeholder management, implementation and integration planning and execution, and troubleshooting any issues as when they arose. Global.

After the merger between Hutchison and Vodafone AU, I developed training material for our multi-national audience as well as re-visited implementing an LMS solution for the whole business. My goal: keep it simple and bring learning to life through the clever use of accessible technology.

Initially employed to implement a multi-national LMS solution, but due to the GFC budget was suspended indefinitely. So I was asked to look after the role of Team Manager for a team of creative trainers and oversee their online training material production, ensuring a high standard of quality within their realm of ability.

Temporary contract to develop and deliver training programmes for new products and services - main focus was creating new online modules to support face-to-face learning.

Responsible for managing and maintaining all existing electronic learning systems, supplier relationships and cost management. Designing and scoping of supplier agreements. Working closely with stakeholders and customers to create and implement appropriate measurement techniques to demonstrate clear business benefit. Provision of active support for both.

Managing budget and resources on a variety of Learning & Development projects. Primary architect for an online learning delivery and quiz system designed to service the entire UK operation (+- 10,000 staff) - delivered on time and to budget. Virtual team creation and management. Development and delivery of a variety of technology courses. Design, delivery.

Sales induction facilitation. Evolving the existing course material to more up-to-date material and following best-practice learning trends. Design, develop and deliver technology-related courses (GPRS, GSM, EDGE, 3G, etc).
