Worked on a consultancy basis helping Diagonal develop solutions for the Construction Industry

I was responsible for the development and implementation of eBusiness solutions for the Purchase to Pay processes for construction and house building companies.

Responsible for the development and delivery of product specifications of the first pan-European on-line reverse auction and tendering platform for the Construction Industry. Acted as the Stockholm based technical development team's in-house Construction expert, providing focus and detail in the development of customer lead functionality and features in the product.

Marketing Manager of Wheatley Construction, one of the regional construction brands of the Morgan Sindall Group, responsible for the development of the corporate marketing, communication and branding strategies. Developed new business relationships and managed key accounts.

Arlesey

Transferred across Morrison Group Divisions to be part of team developing a new business within the FM Division called “repairline”. The business provided a managed repair service to private and commercial property insurance policy holders. I developed key team building processes and partnerships within the different partner organisations; Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to monitor operational levels of the service against the prescribed project deliverables. Following the initial set up of the business processes, relationships and methodology I was then given the role of Operations Manager of the Central Region of the new business where I was in control of 6 operational personnel, and was responsible for the development of the key supply chain partnerships with local contractors delivering the end repair service. The role included full commercial and operational management of the business unit.

Marketing Manager for the Civil Engineering and Pipelines Construction Division based from Arlesey, Beds. Managed all aspects of the marketing and business development function with overall responsibility for development and production of the marketing and communications strategy. Key achievement was securing Morrison as a framework contractor on the Southern Water contractor list having previously only carried out 1 project in the previous 5 years of operation.
