My team owned all commercial partnerships and were targeted through bookings and design win OKRs.

This role involved defining BusDev strategy, managing a global team of 5 BDM's, speaking at industry conferences and negotiating strategic partner agreements to achieve new deal, distribution and revenue targets.

This role involved delivering senior level client presentations, producing RFQ responses and commercial proposals, conducting commercial and contractual negotiation, business data analysis and leading time-sensitive, cross-functional projects.

Owner of the mobile music (ROKR) experience for the EMEA region. This role involved product managing ROKR handset regional variants, the EMEA online music store and on device music apps. I provided a regional voice on music strategy into the global product organisation and to EU MNO customers, requiring frequent travel to Moto HQ in Chicago as well as customer meetings and industry events throughout EMEA.

Primary sales person for a division providing mobile data products and services for enterprise mobile computing deployments. This role involved management of the end to end sales process for MNO’s, OEM’s and ISV’s, with key deals including ParcelForce, Dyson, Orange & O2.

This role involved face to face B2B sales throughout the UK and EU to the telecoms, automotive & marine industries. I represented sales at management meetings, owned the sales & marketing budget and managed a team of 3 people. Key accounts included Vodafone, BT Cellnet and the EU distributor network.
