Joined within 6 months of company launch and played a key role in growing Tquila in to Europe’s largest Salesforce consultancy, acquired by Accenture in 2015. I led some of Tquila’s most ambitious programmes, including:- Virgin Media Business - Sales system (CRM) implementation (5-country roll-out)- Santander - Marketing Cloud implementation (South America)- Wall Street English - Custom e-learning/sales platform (Shanghai - rolled out across 50 China centres)- Sky - new customer self-service mobile app (UK - 1.5M active users)- Several ‘accelerator’ online products and mobile apps which Tquila was able to white-label, including a gamification platform for e-recruitment and off-line location apps before the platform itself had this capability

Kashflow was the #2 accounting software in the UK (80,000 active users, direct competitor to Sage) up until acquisition by Iris in 2012. I looked after all things technology delivery related and led a development team split across London and India (Pune), reporting directly to the CEO.Achievements included:- Led the re-platforming and new feature roadmap for all flagship products, setting product vision with CEO, validating with customers and acting as Product Owner to multiple agile product development teams- Oversaw the re-platforming of Kashflow’s infrastructure from on-premise to cloud- Oversaw the build of a new REST API which enabled Kashflow to extend with an integrated ‘app store’

Joined shortly after company launch and played lead BA role in the design and delivery of Garlik’s flagship ‘DataPatrol’ product (now widely used worldwide by RBS, SKY and Barclays).Key achievements:- Owned product roadmap for a highly innovative (Semantic Web) digital product aimed at preventing online fraud, with Sir Tim Berners-Lee (the ‘inventor of the world wide web’) as a central stakeholder for the app.- Working closely with distributed delivery team to release the first DataPatrol pilot within 6 months, followed by regular monthly releases and over 1 million customers within one year of first release.- Worked as go-to person for our design agencies, speaking at industry events (including to the UK police force on cybercrime) and supporting side-projects such as Qdos.com focused on ‘social media influence’ scoring.
