I have over ten years of experience as an IT Professional, providing IT, Database & Website services and support for IT Support Companies, debt collection agency, two local schools (primary and secondary) and family and friends in my spare time.As an IT Technician, I have experience dealing with a wide variety of computer environments and technologies, including Windows Server (2000-2019), Exchange, SQL, Active Directory and Office. My regular workload involves dealing with client requests for support, answering questions from existing and potential customers and resolving technical issues brought to me by the customers or by my work colleagues.Between study years and since leaving university, I have also undertaken work experiences as an ICT Technician at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic College and as a Classroom Volunteer at St. Basil’s Primary School.
