What matters to you? For me, the answer to this has been shaped over the past two decades of my career at Johnson & Johnson. As Vice President of Ethicon in Asia Pacific, I am inspired by how our people continue to push the needle and innovate solutions that shape the future of surgery. In a region with healthcare needs as diversified as its population, we are consistently evolving to realize this vision and create an enduring impact. From bariatrics to colorectal surgery, our goal is to provide products and support that help to improve patient outcomes – giving them a second chance at leading healthier lives. Who we are and what we stand for has invigorated my passion for talent development.
