Diverse role with direct responsibility for IT Infrastructure Management, including:Aligning the IT Infrastructure to support achievement of business strategies. Design, development, configuration and maintenance of network infrastructure – voice and data. Management, maintenance, analysis, planning and administration of LAN/WAN infrastructure with 25 Servers, 250 plus PCs and diverse range of operating system platforms: XP/W7 desktop, 2003/2008 servers.Co-ordinating with 1st line IT Support Analysts - providing support and training to 250+ customers in an FMCG 24x7x365 organisationIdentification, Evaluation and Procurement of best value software and hardware solutions to meet business needs.
