My role involves coordinating the ICT client service provision at 23 Flexible Learning schools, 2 special schools and 3 administrative locations nationally, in both capital cities and regional locations. Supporting over 2,300 young people, I lead a team of 9 nationally-distributed ICT client services staff. My team and I also provide technical specialist advise and support for over 600 staff, managing the end user function of mobile computing and telephony hardware and a diverse range of software applications.Working with the Director of IT and IT Solutions Manager, I am a leader in our technology landscape, actively supporting our school Heads of Campus and Principals to meet the individual ICT needs of their schools. As each school community has different needs, so too are the ICT solutions they require. In providing this infrastructure and educational resourcing, I support these school leaders with advice site-specific classroom infrastructure provision for their local needs, and support the Director of IT in managing our central departmental budget.
