Designed and implemented risk management policies and processes to achieve successfully 98% compliance with the Deloitte Practice Manual, including Gap analysis and design of processes and documentation Writing and facilitation training courses across 44 partners and 350 staff in five officesProvided ongoing support in risk management, contractual negotiations and conflict management.

Reported directly to the Partner in Charge of the IT Audit Function as one of a team of three IT Audit Directors managing a team of eleven managers and approximately forty staff, responsible for three direct reports at the manager level, and at any given time oversaw the work of up to twenty staff. Specialty areas include: ERP system audits, particularly SAP Network and application security testing  Design, implementation, and performance of Sarbanes Oxley testing programs

Managed the SAP Audit and control risk consulting practice for a practice spanning 26 countries throughout Central Europe, as well as the IT audit practice for Deloitte's Polish practice.

Formed part of a virtual practice centred in Amsterdam providing SAP Controls business process consulting and implementation services throughout Europe. Worked on SAP implementation projects in the UK, France, Germany, the Czech Republic, and South Africa

Provided IT Risk Management and IT Audit services to clients in Zimbabwe, Mauritius, South Africa, Zambia, and Botswana
