I am an international program director with a strong background working for global financial service leaders such as First Sentier, BlackRock, Barclays, Baring Asset Management, and Société Générale. I bring expertise across a range of disciplines including transformation & change, buy side asset management, risk and governance, program office management, and program delivery. I most recently demonstrated this at First Sentier Investors, where I worked with Colonial First State Asset Management to prepare them for separation from Commonwealth Bank, and subsequently led the transformation to set up core business platforms post acquisition by MUTB.HIGHLIGHTS:• At First Sentier Investors, as Global Head of Project Management Office, I led a program comprising multiple complex projects relating to the AUD $4Bn acquisition of Colonial First State Asset Management (CFSGAM). The scope was 12 streams across 10 locations, impacting ~800 people. This included managing significant regulatory impost to ensure the acquisition could proceed. • At First Sentier Investors, post the acquisition of CFSGAM, I led and delivered significant transition work over a two-year period. This involved nine workstreams, 50 team members, and a budget of $45M, working with the three parties to the transaction and the regulators.• At BlackRock, I took on and remediated a USD$4M program of work to implement a core platform (COM on Aladdin). This program was over time and budget. I re-baselined the program, developing a new roadmap based on incremental deliveries and achieved the required outcomes for the business. I’m known for my ability to blend problem solving and analysis, with my natural understanding and empathy for people and the impacts that change has on them. The consistent thread is that I have always been involved in major change programs. I get enormous satisfaction from seeing the tangible benefits from the programs that I deliver.
