Iain, a registered architect in the state of Tennessee, joined Southeast Venture in 2014 and became a founding Partner of Southeast Venture Design in 2020. He has contributed extensive knowledge and experience in a number of projects with Southeast Venture. Experienced in project management and site planning, Iain’s has worked on many different project types, including multi-family, office, education, and high-rise, and specializes in attainable housing.Working on numerous projects with a variety of clients, Iain has been able to refine his design skills and ability to work with the client to achieve their vision for the project in a timely and enjoyable process. A key to this has been engaging the client and end-users in conversations at every major decision point and keeping the process as collaborative as possible.Iain completed his architectural studies at Auburn University in both Architecture and Interior Architecture. During his academic career he was a part of Auburn's Rural Studio learning firsthand construction skills and community involvement as an architect.
