Having worked for two exceptional companies since completing my degree in 2003, gaining my professional membership of the RICS in 2004 and becoming a Licensed RICS Assessor in 2008, opportunities arose in 2010 which led to me embarking on a new challenge and ultimately setting out on my own. In July 2010 Stamp Associates Limited was formed as a Chartered Quantity Surveying Practice regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.With specialist knowledge of Capital Allowances and in depth experience in Commercial, Education, Health and Residential sectors covering all RIBA stages of work and using various forms of contract.The strength in Capital Allowances has led to forming a new company specialising in the field, Elect Capital Allowances Limited (ECA) to work alongside Stamp Associates Limited who then went on to focus on Construction Cost Consultancy work.In October 2015 Elect acquired long standing Capital Allowances and R&D Tax Advisors, TaxAdjusters to strengthen the Capital Allowances team and introduce an R&D Tax advisory service.In August 2017 Elect also brought inhouse the work previously carried out by Stamp Associates and became a Chartered Surveying Practice regulated by the RICS.
