Led a team of over 130 Supply Chain and Customer Service professionals, responsible for the complete end-to-end Supply Chain process, from Order Entry to Product Delivery, including Forecasting, Supply and Demand Planning, Logistics, Quality Management and Complaint Management. Held total accountability for the implementation of the business strategy within these functions, covering Digitalisation, Sustainability, Operational Excellence, Innovation, Customer Experience and Employee Experience. Represented the Supply Chain and Customer Service functions for the region, on the Regional Business Leadership Team, and Global Functional Leadership Team. Managed an expense budget in the tens of millions of dollars p.a., and working capital in the hundreds of million.Key Achievements include:- Created an organisation where learning and development was being initiated from within and where people outside were actively looking to join because of the culture we had created- Delivered a 25% digital order rate for the business, by developing and driving a new Order Digitalisation strategy in the functions- Enabled the start of the business’s journey towards a circular economy in the region, through leading the implementation and startup plan for multiple toll-manufacturing, recycling facilities in China and Indonesia- Facilitated an incident free startup of a major regional Legal Entity rationalisation project, and conversion to SAP R3, through targeted hiring of specialist expertise within Supply Chain and Customer Service- Successfully managed the ever-changing needs of our complex Supply Chain, through ongoing management and optimisation of our network of Marine Carriers, container storage ports, warehousing and transport providers across the Asia Pacific.

The leader of the combined Supply Chain and Customer Service organisations of both Dow Asia Pacific and DuPont Asia Pacific, as the two companies merged and restructured. This merger ultimately led to a combined organisation of well over 100 people, managing six business segments within the larger Dow-DuPont Plastics business.Key Achievements include:- Achieved significant workforce synergies and leveraged best practices across the combined Dow-DuPont organisation, by successfully leading the integration of the Supply Chain and Customer Service organisations, systems, legal structures and work processes from the two parent companies, Dow and DuPont- Delivered a well below-market turnover rate within the new organisation, through establishing a work culture that promoted openness, empowerment, trust, accountability and learning opportunities- Grew and developed in-house expertise in Logistics management, IT, Customer Service improvement and Quality Management through successfully lobbying global and regional leadership for their support of business alignment of key roles- Led the centralisation of the Supply Chain and Customer Service organisations in to a consolidated service centre in Shanghai China, through targeted hiring and training of over 80 new employees in 12 months- Leveraged best practices across the combined Dow-DuPont organisation, by successfully leading the integration of the Supply Chain and Customer Service organisations, systems, legal structures and work processes from the two parent companies, Dow and DuPont
