In 2012, I was invited to work on Luxoft as a regular analyst. By that time, I already had a steady knowledge and practice of industrial application of SQL, UML and BPMN. My experience of requirements gathering, analysis, specifying and modeling was also relevant. Intermediate level of English was a mandatory requirement for this position - in the long term business trips to the United States were expected.I have demonstrated the creative, technical, management, leadership, and interpersonal skills required to design and develop advanced information systems. I've started my career on 2010 as a specialist of the Axapta support group in the Danone-Unimilk group of companies. It was the peak of the economic crisis, while I was just a good student of 5th course of the Academy. For two years of work, I had come a long way to reach a position of leading specialist in the support group. My primary responsibilities were related to providing of support to chief accountants of 24 branches of company, especially during the reporting tax periods. Stress-resistance, conflict management, the ability to make quick decisions, ability of operational analysis, the ability of conducting deep cause-effect research - that's just an incomplete list of soft skills that I gained and improved. I wrote more than 100 SQL queries (mostly on Select), performed requirements review, made changes to the user's manual, performed administration of the system dictionaries, invoked and controlled routine procedures (ran ad hoc reports and executable scripts). It was a really great time! I was young, energetic, ambitious and inexperienced.Achievements: • Managed up to 6 staff and mentored technical teams in a cooperative unified spirit;• In a short time frame (during 12 hours) helped to fix the issue with the desynchronization of accounting transactions of the Krasnodar branch during the quarterly closing of the reporting tax period
