StemRad develops and manufactures personal protective equipment for radiation, including the AstroRad vest for shielding astronauts from space-borne radiation. Involved in the Recycled AstroRad project in partnership with Made in Space, Inc. The goal of the project is to enable the recycling of plastics materials on-board the ISS into the AstroRad vest.

SunbYte (Sheffield University Nova Balloon-Lifted Telescope) aims to revolutionize astronomy by creating a low-cost easy-to-manufacture solar telescope. As a member of the Mechanical sub-team, I was responsible for CAD design using SolidWorks, material selection, manufacture of the payload. I was also involved in writing technical documentation using LaTeX and outreach. The REXUS/BEXUS programme is realised under a bilateral Agency Agreement between the German Aerospace Center (DLR) and the Swedish National Space Agency (SNSA). The Swedish share of the payload has been made available to students from other European countries through a collaboration with the European Space Agency (ESA). EuroLaunch, a cooperation between the Esrange Space Center of SSC and the Mobile Rocket Base (MORABA) of DLR, is responsible for the campaign management and operations of the launch vehicles.
