Head of Finance for EMEA region covering Sales operation and Supply chain activities for Medical and Dental businesses ($150M). Focus on the Europe Business turnaround including- Finance team and processes reorganization- Supply chain and manufacturing footprint optimization / Product costing harmonization - Commercial excellence project / BI harmonization and optimization - Operating model simplification (tax, legal entities, ERP)- New acquisition integration (Dental, Software business) Team of 60 people in UK, Germany, Italy and Netherland

- In charge of Finance for 2 multi-brand Business Units (6 sales regions), Professional and Consumer operations operating in Europe, Australia and New-Zealand | $1.3B sales- Overlooking on the product life cycle and the commercialization strategy- New pricing strategy and tendering process implementation for Key accounts (Amazon, Kingfisher tender process)- Member of the M&A committee

- Supervision of 2 Business Units (6 sales regions, €3B) and the manufacturing operations (10 plants in Europe, including one greenfield in Russia)- In charge of finance related Supply Chain and procurement related activities (FX & commodities Strategy)- Monitoring of key group operational initiatives such as Cost to serve process / Credit management global activities / M&A- Finance director of the European holding company with 600 M€ direct sales (OEM) , based on entrepreneurship model with centralization d European inventories and all related risk (transfer price/ hedging and obsolescence)

- In charge of the Business Performance Team covering Statutory Consolidation department (3 FTE, 52 entities , 10 manufacturing plants, 6 sales regional organization, €3.3 Billion sales) , Group FP&A (12 FTE) , Holding company (4 FTE , 600 M€ sales), 1 Finance shared service center and dotted lines with the regions (6).- Finance processes reengineering with Fast close & Rolling forecast implementation / Standard costs harmonization projects - Key leader of the European Business turnaround project, in charge of the Cost to Serve Project with BCG external advisors

- In charge of finance (13 FTE) and sales administration (8 FTE) for the new created Southern Region sales & distribution organization (400 M€) covering Italy, Romania, Bulgaria, ex-Balkans Countries and Albania.- Creation of the regional finance and administration hub based in Milan, including the ERP upgrade project (SAP/ BW / BPC) / all legal and fiscal aspects related to the new region set-up (export authorization registration, transfer price policy, liabilities transfer, tax exit case with Austria) and transfer of all accounting transactional activities to the new Finance Shared Services Center in Poland

AREVA T&D / now GE Grid Solutions- In charge of carve out process for the Nordic region (Sweden, Finland and Norway) | Split and allocation of activities between Schneider Electric and ALSTOM Grid organizations| Close relationship with both companies’ M&A teams.- Management of the integration in ALSTOM local organization (Finance Shared services, new processes and tools to be implemented);

AREVA T&D / Now GE grid Solution GIS manufacturing Unit (700 people, 260 M€).Manage extended finance team: finance and controlling team (9p.), shipping /invoicing department (8 p.) and risk contract department (4 p.);- Drive the financial reporting and budget processes : procedures; tools and objectivesdefinition;- Provide support to operational functions (SCM, production, contract department and sales departments) in order helping them achieve their objectives;- Compliance with the Group Internal control rules (process, procedures and tools) and with local regulations;- Sponsor for the optimization of resources ( OWC, capacity vs. load )- Manage relationship with all stakeholders ( auditors, customers, HQ)- Improve the performance of Finance department;- Implement a business partnership mindset ;- Ensure development and evolution of all collaborators (training, career evolution follow-up)- Be an active member of the management committee and support the management.- Improve the financial information system ( tool, training)Achievements - Reorganization and reinforcement of the finance department by domain (Project controlling /overhead controlling and reporting/ Manufacturing controlling )- Integration of previous shared services functions; Shipping / invoicing department and riskcontract management- Delivery on time of financial statement and reporting and better accuracy of the financial data- Improvement of reliability of forecasts and budgets (50%)- Better image of financial department within the unit (more cooperation and interaction withother departments)- Sales end of 2009 +5% vs. BU 09 and OI and cash in line with FCST 2

GIS manufacturing unit.In charge of Project controlling, internal control, IS and R&D controlling.

Responsibilities - Supporting SAP roll out projects for all units in the world as controlling functional expert;- Supporting the Site Project Manager in the preparation of the project (team, organization,planning, functional analysis, blue print deliveries, localisation., integration test, training,data migration, go live, first closing support);- Participation to the Upgrading process (V4.6 to ECC6) – Integration tests phase- Support of the live units for continuous improvement processAchievements- 5 country projects fully completed: 5 units in Middle east (UAE) , 2 units in France (Acting Project Manager),5 units in Australia with SCM model implementation, 6 units in Canada(interface with the logistical tool Syteline) ,1 R&D unit (Acting project manager), 6 units in India (New Delhi).
