First generation bilingual university graduate with a strong passion for business and drive for success, I attained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration - Management at the University of California Riverside. Class of 2020After college I attained my real estate license in May 2021 where I worked for my father's company of Altuna Real Estate in California. Since then, I’ve gained a vast knowledge about the real estate industry as well a specialization in land investing. Additionally, I acquired skills in selling my own properties and providing financing to those interested in investing/buying. In the future I aspire to continue my father’s business but on an international level, which is why I have a passion for traveling and learning another language such as Japanese. Since April 2022 I’ve been living in Japan working in the English Education industry. At the moment I am currently taking this time to learn enough Japanese to eventually conduct business as well as to continue expanding my horizons and opportunities abroad.
