Amit was selected as a Team Leader for the first pilot group and he did an amazing job at leading his team through the change. Amit also put up his hand to help a SME and I design a 2 hour training session aimed at increasing Telstra Clear legacy system knowledge in the New and Move team. Plus, he took ownership of a number of communications we needed distributed to the team. Amit's written and verbal communication skills are excellent. Plus, his ability to input into process improvement initiatives such as Chorus and Cross-Stacking is fantastic. Amit is extremely hard working and has such a positive attitude.
