Let's create something awesome!

I edited 15 - 20 videos for YouTube creator ThatGuyBarney. My job consisted of receiving raw video footage and cutting it down into an entertaining video. I had to add my own sense of humor and creativity to the videos to make them entertaining to kids. Meeting last minute deadlines was a regular part of my job, and I was able to consistently meet them. During this experience I also filmed and edited an advertisement video on his other social media outlet, Instagram, for the product Anki Overdrive. Through this job I got great experience in managing my own time, meeting deadlines, following someone else's vision, and using my own creativity to enhance the product that I was given. Lastly, I had a great experience in working with the viewers to try to produce content that they wanted to see, and using their feedback to refine the product I was delivering to them.

I worked alongside the owner and operator of Trail Tours, North America's largest dirt bike school. Through this experience I get to learn first hand how to run a business, and how to develop relationships with customers. I also had experience in instructing others, and supporting other instructors as well. Working with Steve Weycamp, owner, I got to practice the business skills I was learning in school through advising him on decisions, and also developing new plans for how to grow the company.
