I’ve been heavily involved in developing and optimizing an admin portal that handles user licenses, where licenses can either be assigned directly or through security groups. I worked closely with the team to introduce improvements like pagination and batching API requests, and took the lead in building the workflow for users to request licenses within a global admin portal.I also contributed to the creation of a tiered admin portal, where global admins can set up organizational units and delegate admins to manage licenses—whether through security groups or individual teams.Another key project I worked on was a credit-based system, where users have a defined credit limit. I built the functionality that blocks users once they hit their limit, redirecting them to either purchase licenses or request license.Additionally, I played a major role in the development of a tags system for agenda items. This involved migrating the tags from a database-driven system to SharePoint lists for enhanced security and privacy. I also built a tags management feature that enables team owners to efficiently manage tags within their teams.In my role, I leveraged KQL to create various queries that supported the development of reports in Power BI. These reports provided valuable insights into business growth and feature reach, transforming data into actionable information for strategic decision-making and optimizing our offerings.
