Owned key Issuer and Merchant wallets via Masterpass technology for online, in-store or in-app payment transactions. Using a laptop, mobile, wearable or other digital device, the goal was to ensure a consumer had a frictionless user experience when paying for a product or service. From embedding loyalty or instalment APIs to working with beacon or third party API providers, the aim was to make payment invisible. Use of design thinking methodology, fail fast thinking, end-to-end UX design and an agile delivery - led re-design of digital strategy, product design and 3rd party management of all resources. Working hand-in-hand with senior leaders at issuers Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Westpac and major retailers like Coles & Woolworths.

Commercial & strategic responsibility to grow the UK digital transaction space for MasterCard - knowledge of MasterCard's Digital Enablement Service (MDES) for digitizing and tokenizing cardholder data - create initiatives and campaigns around key markets for adoption & growth of digital payments - grow consumer mindshare in the security of digital credit payments as a top of wallet choice - subject matter expertise on mobile payment technology and consumer behaviour - technical knowledge around PCI, EMVCo, ISO, ITSO, NCI, NFC Forum and basic Agile process

A start-up organisation tasked by our Board to deliver an IP-driven strategy around NFC & contactless space with an exit strategy to be acquired by a large multi-national corporation.Successfully acquired by Broadcom Corporation in 2010 which lead to adoption of our IP into the latest mobile devices and wallet solutions at that time.
