• Maintain relationships with the Government, Semi Govt., Autonomous and Private institutions for advertisement. • Develop marketing plan to increase advertisement sales revenue from the govt. & private sectors. • Prepare sales presentations, and maintain liaison with Advertisement agencies/ organizations to meet the desired advertisement target. • Try to create new clients and to hold existing clients. • Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments • Press release, Business report etc.

• Prepare Credit Proposals & Mortgage Formalities• Calculate Working Capital Assessment (Trading & Manufacturing concern)• Calculate FSS & financial ratios• Calculate Company Balance sheet/ Income Statement/ Cash flow Statement• Financial Calculation (Company-Sales/Stock/Operating Expenses/ Receivable/Payable/Fixed Asset)• DBR Calculation• Prepares documentation checklist for each credit facility• Analyze and Verify Applicant Financial Information & Personal Net Worth• Vetting of all security, charge KYC documents• Review and update credit and loan files and MIS reports• Interview applicants for personal, mortgage and business loans• Prepare Credit Sanction letter, IGPA and Undertaking• Credit Management and Monitoring of SME credit Clints• Research and evaluate loan applicant’s financial status, references, credit and ability to repay the loan• General Banking Operations
