Calculating the Quantities for Super-Structure (Shuttering and Concreting).-Ensuring that any activity inspection including construction of sewer, storm water, potable water, irrigation, gas, telecom, ICT, electrical LV, HV, MV cables, villas & all type of buildings offered by contractor have approved shop drawing, method statement (MS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).-Effectively managed site to construct 15 villas in just 12 months’ time frame. -Managed site according to construction specifications, cost estimates, engineering proposals, and project schedules. -Daily monitor the quality activities of sub-contractors versus the Inspection and Test.
