* Maintain operation checklist & smooth operation of the engine & control room.* Maintenance, Operation, and shooting of the plant Caterpillar G3512H Engine and Parking 4008 Engine, Total 5 MW Captive Gas Plant.* Ability to operate and troubleshoot Engine & Alternator components like Radiator fan motor VFD, HMI, AGC or GPC, EMCP, CDVR, ECM, ACB, Thermostat Valve, Temp & Pressure Sensor, Turbocharger, Cooling & Lubrication System, Parallel or Synchronizing system, Lube oil & Fuel filtration system etc.* Monitor and ensure the proper performance of the electro-mechanical system.* Participate in all electrical maintenance works power generation, power distribution, ACB, 11/0.4 Substation, control room, HT, LT Panel, Switchgear, PLC, AVR, VFD. To work on service REB sub-station.* Ability to work under pressure.* Must be willing to work on a shift

* Receiving all responsibilities as Shift Engineer and performing all activities during the shift period.* Close supervision and smooth operation of CAT 3516B (70*1400 KW) & CAT 3516C (7*1515 KW) Diesel engines. * Responsible for Engine Startup, Shutdown, Normalize, Load Management and Handling of various Emergencies during operation of the Plant.* Skilled in Control room operation like 132 KV Line control & Relay panel, 65/75 MVA Power Tx control & Relay panel, RTCC panel and others S/S Equipment operation by using SCADA or manual system as per requirement.* By Working in hands and assisting the Maintenance Team gained Engine scheduled and Other Maintenance experience.* Ability to operate and troubleshoot Engine & Alternator components like Radiator fan motor VFD, HMI, AGC or GPC, EMCP, CDVR, ECM, ACB, Thermostat Valve, Temp. & Pressure Sensor, Turbocharger, Cooling & Lubrication System, Parallel or Synchronizing system, Lube oil & Fuel filtration system etc. * Operation & Troubleshooting work of WTP, FTP, Air Compressor and others auxiliaries. * Issue work permit like Cold or Hot work, Lock out/Tag out and isolation of any system as per requirement of safely maintenance work. * Informing and helping to responsible maintenance team to solve the existing faults when occurred,* Taking Revenue meter reading hourly and Checking daily Engine Logs to determine proper operation of Equipment. * Perform plant walk downs for overall readiness and cleanliness and inspect housekeeping done by assigned shift personnel. * Quickly taking action after Engine tripping and starting engine after troubleshooting, Back feed receiving after plant tripping, Auxiliary Equipment starting after troubleshooting etc.
