- Shipped a WebApp for B2B Partnership Management [Think Swiggy Partner Portal] as a new product offering in the loyalty space. The portal offers a one-stop solution for managing B2B loyalty partners - onboarding of brands, day-to-day operations management, invoicing and settlement as well as analytics- Shipped billing and financial management modules to deliver seamless Invoice management in the product- Led initiative on multiple mission-critical product improvements to enable and support enterprise implementation and business growth. - Built Product Knowledgebase website and embedded assistant. This included research and POC with multiple tools, finalizing a vendor, negotiation, and project management for churning the content with a team of 5 people

- Led and mentored a team of 4 people to implement a green-field loyalty program called Antum for FAH Group in Saudi Arabia- Spearheaded the end-to-end release of loyalty product implementation for Emirates Group's new loyalty program called Skywards Everyday currently running at 1000+ locations in UAE- Led a cross-functional team for Mobile app development and deployment for Skywards Everyday App in UAE currently live with 100k members and Antum Loyalty App and Website- Member of Product Innovation Review Board (PIRB) and responsible for key account management, business analysis, product feature lifecycle & support management

- Responsible for requirement gathering, analysis, and product implementation for Fortune 500 clients in the MENA region- Received a double promotion for exceptional ownership, commitment, and leadership for implementation of loyalty programs with massive enterprise scope

- Conducted primary & secondary research. Secondary research in multiple languages using translation tools and other techniques such as site search and boolean operators on the web. - Responsible for building and maintaining quality & accuracy of data for pipeline solar power plants - Working on client queries focused on specific requirements and in-depth data research to uncover insights and industry signals.
