Graduate of the Nielsen Graduate Programme, specialising in FMCG industry sales, marketing, and data analysis.Key account management, industry and competitor data analysis, client recommendations, reporting, and training as part of three different account management teams – Danone Dairies, Danone Waters, and Weetabix. Detailed analysis of retail and panel data was used to form product listing arguments for clients’ marketing, sales, and account management teams to take to supermarket chains such as Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s, and Morrison’s. • Analytical support and training provided both at client location and remotely.• Particular focus was given to new product launches, promotional offers, and competitor activity.• Production of weekly and monthly industry reports for client use.• Remote training and off-shoring of work to a newly created Indian department of Nielsen. Challenges included overcoming language, cultural, and time differences by way of clear and precise verbal and written communication.
