Ltd and various governmental agencies such as Nigerian Customs, NCD, DPR, NIPEX, NAFDAC & other Inspection Companies, and also ensure company compliance with rules and regulations.• Ensuring personnel awareness on the requirements of the Nigerian content plan by facilitating trainings and seminars.• Interfacing between Texmed Projects Nig. Ltd. and Community Relations, and also ensure company compliance with rules and regulations.• Staying abreast and updated on trends within the Oil and Gas industry with emphasis on the development of local capacity.• Liaised with all internal and external stakeholders to prepare and monitor the company’s Nigerian Content Plans in compliance with local laws for all the proposals submitted.• Designed, developed, created and led initiatives that promptly led to the proliferation of skills and competencies among Nigerians of all ages.• Develop and drive strategy for achievement of key performance indicators in the Guidelines for Nigerian Content Development.• Responsible for formulating and driving all Nigerian Content initiatives and projects, providing project scope, costs and implementation plan. Also responsible for ensuring that the desired level of recognition/credit is received (from NCDMB and customers) for such initiative.

My role was to establish and maintain a working relationship between Phelm Resources and all different community stakeholders. Provide support and assistance to other management teams. Facilitate at the company’s regular weekly trainings and create brand promotional content. Provide market insight for the product development team to aid product modeling. I also designed, drafted and developed community-based programmes. In addition to all of the above, my role equally extended to periodically supervise and hold customer town-hall meetings.
