- Led product strategy for commercial real estate, transit, retail, and cultural clients, including the development of Caruso Signature, a data-driven loyalty program offering from Caruso, one of the largest and most admired privately held real estate development and hospitality companies in the US- Managed executive client relationships and led consulting engagements for Intersection’s advisory services group, focused on the digitization of real estate, digital master planning, product development, technology planning, and user experience consulting

- Led multidisciplinary teams that built digital products and provided advisory services for commercial real estate, retail, transportation, and hospitality clients- Managed key advisory services relationships, including a digital product design collaboration with Apple that drove a 10x increase in revenue for a major food and beverage customer

- Directed technology integration and application development consulting projects for clients in the broadcast, media, and entertainment space- Led relationship management and business development efforts for complex, multi-vendor technology projects at The Daily Show and The Colbert Report

- Served as the technical editor for several flagship titles from Peachpit (a Pearson company), including: Apple Training Series - iLife ’08, Apple Training Series - iLife ’09, Apple Training Series - GarageBand '09, and Apple Pro Training Series - Aperture 2, collaborating with the editorial team and authors throughout the development of these publications

- Developed instructional content for the online Digital Media publication, including articles and reviews of creative tools and emerging technology.
