From a young age, I’ve always been the one making new friends and building connections. Establishing rapport came naturally, as did my curiosity for understanding different perspectives and cultures. My passion for travel and meeting new people eventually brought me to Melbourne - vibrant, multicultural city that perfectly satisfies my love for exploration and discovery.Early in my career, I took a bold step and founded my own digital marketing agency. This venture taught me the intricacies of running a business, from client management to creative strategy, and fueled my entrepreneurial spirit. It also provided a strong foundation in digital marketing, which later expanded into international student recruitment as I ventured into the tertiary education sector. Over time, these experiences led me to higher degree student management, where I mastered navigating the student lifecycle and delivering exceptional outcomes.Today, I manage multiple stakeholders across the Partnerships, Learning and Teaching, and Communications portfolios at La Trobe University's School of Agriculture, Biomedicine, and Environment. This role allows me to combine strategic vision with my passion for showcasing research and student impacts. I thrive on fostering collaborations, enhancing partnership experiences, and creating meaningful outcomes for all stakeholders. I am deeply committed to leveraging technology and innovation to drive efficiency and deliver impactful results.Outside of work, I am a proud mother of two. Parenthood has instilled in me the values of compassion, resilience, and the importance of modelling a growth mindset for the next generation.
