I am an Operational Governance Specialist at Maybank, one of the leading banks in Indonesia, where I ensure branchs compliances to the external and internal regulations by conducting branch audit. I collaborate with various stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks, as well as to prepare and present reports to senior management.I joined Maybank in November 2022 as a Trainee through the Management Development Program - Operations, a selective and intensive program that provides exposure and development opportunities in various aspects of banking operations. Through this program, I developed my communication, analytical, and risk assesment skills, as well as my understanding of the banking industry and its regulations. I hold a Bachelor of Social Sciences in International Relations and Affairs from President University, where I graduated with a GPA of 3.56 out of 4.00. I was awarded the Jababeka Scholarship for pursuing my degree, and I served as a member of the university student council for one year. I have a keen interest in global affairs, operation assurance, risk, compliance, and internal control and I aspire to leverage my knowledge and skills to support Maybank's vision and mission.
