I currently work as a Promoter, after a little more than 10 years in the company.In the live entertainment business, the position of Promoter is equivalent to Entertainment Manager.Actually i'm are a Regional Promoter to our operations at Chile, Colombia, Peru, Uruguay and Bolivia reporting directly to our Entertainment Director.In this position, some of my tasks are the following:* Managing negotiations terms and sponsor rights with artists and talents for all countries where we have operations.* Managing negotiations of riders (tech and logistics specs) according to the local availability of technical elements.* Approve discounts or special sales, in addition to the budget and marketing plan.* Lead our field operations for our concerts and others live events managing a great staff of areas like technical, logistics, security and site management, and going with the crew to the excelence in the acomplished.* Financially analyze the viability of our businesses and supervise the execution of budgets and respond to the board of the company.* Supervise ticketing plans and sales of our shows produced by us or sell to 3rd parties.* Execute negotiations of contracts and their signatures once they have been approved.

The festival, is the largest Latin festival in the world, lasts 6 days, is completely live, and every year it reaches more than 250 million people worldwide each year.In general, my position makes me responsible for all the operation that is required to perform a successful festival every night and every year, being some of my tasks:* Negotiate and close contracts, television rights and some tax issues with each artist participating in the festival.* Negotiate and close contracts with more than 50 technical, logistics and human resources providers.* Direct through an organization chart, more than 2,200 workers under my responsibility.* Negotiation with all government authorities to coordinate security, order and police support efforts for each night.* Manage a budget of more than USD7,000,000 annually during each edition of the festival.* Coordinate and manage the live television program on stage, being the interlocutor between direction and all areas of the festival. The program lasts approximately 5 hours a day.* Coordinate commercial and television rights with TV Channels for marketing with sponsors and associated channels in the world.

After 7 years in the company, my tasks are today:- Control and optimization of the budget for our shows.- Manage and monitor contracts and settlements of artists with agencies such as CAA, United Talent, CMN, WME, WK, among others.- Control of the ticketing system of the company.- Budget negotiations with all our suppliers.- Supervision of the logistics, technical, hospitality and safety areas of our shows.- Preparation of budgets and analysis of businesses to report directly to the Directors of the company.- General production and operations management of all our shows, festivals and corporate events.

After having gone through many areas of the company, today my work is divided between office and field (Stadiums, arenas,theaters, parks) where I control operations for our concerts and live events. Some of my tasks are:- Leading operations in the areas of general production, logistics, transportation, security, ticketing, risk, government permits, venues, management, personnel, accreditations, suppliers and others.- Working directly with promoters and directors of the company, for all contracts and relation with the agencies, artists and festivals.- Review and validate all contracts of the artists with our lawyers and tax advisors.- Participate in brainstorming about future concerts, artists and projects.- Support accounting closing of our operations.- Develop plan of operation of each concert or live event.- Develop and continually improve our safety plans and protocols.- Supervise production office and field workers.- Support the commercial area for generating sponsorship and brand activations.- Development of food and beverage business.- Development of merchandising business.- Develop operations televised festivals.- Managing the VIP Packages Business.
