I facilitated and maximized opportunities for associated business development of the company: provided critical analysis and project evaluation of the emerging regional import-export opportunities in relation to the company's projects; gained profound insight on logistics, legal, financial, tax and other necessary issues related to ongoing and forthcoming projects. I carried out complex logistics base development, b2b sales, bidding participation; onboarded potential partners (logistics, surveyors, insurance, etc.) and negotiated favorable conditions within company’s ongoing projects.I took part in the creation of new projects and investment opportunities through communicating relevant strategies for project development. I arranged business events and meetings (formal and informal) with key market players; organized trade delegations; provided continuous support to affiliated staff. I made presentations and give speeches to various audiences.

I was responsible for b2b export sales development from scratch (the company had no export sales experience before) through networking with potential partners interested in abrasive products, buyer evaluation, creation of commercial offers, cooperation conditions negotiating, international contracts paperwork, maintaining relations and upsale with customers, constant update of the business book (15 new customers from UAE, EU, Latin America with $500k net sales per year). I arranged participation in and took part as an exhibitor in such international expos as Istanbul ISSA INTERCLEAN, Dubai Clean Middle East Expo, Mumbai India Clean, Amsterdam ISSA INTERCLEAN, Amsterdam PLMA, etc. I planned the production in accordance with the sales plan, curated shipping documents and customs issues and worked closely with internal and external structures for export shipments (production, logistics, legal, accounting, shipping brokers, customs, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, etc.).

I maintained partner relations with the key export buyers of kraftliner within the areas of Southeast Asia, China, Turkey, Germany (1,4 mill MT/year with net sales of $2 bill/ year) and ensured sales plan realization.I coordinated the efforts to fulfill an order (SIFOT): planned sales and plan (S&OP), prioritized production capabilities, kept track of leftovers, curated contracts, payment documents and logistics, provided reclamations settlement.

B2B marketing and sales development for small and medium sized producers from South Korea to support foreign suppliers wishing to enter the Russian market (FMCG, industrial equipment, chemical products, etc); in-depth investigation and consulting clients on optimal customs and certification procedures, logistics coordination, etc. Development and carrying out of marketing initiatives, aimed at promotion of products from South Korea (events, advertising in mass media, direct marketing, business meetings arrangement). Procurement matchmaking: arrangement and taking part in international fairs and seminars, (e.g. SPIEF, Seoul Food, K-beauty), trade delegations.

Building relations with the new suppliers (factories and trading companies, forwarding companies), negotiating on favorable conditions. Procurement monitoring and analysis of the international market of raw materials for the production department; commercial offer monitoring: provision of weekly pricing surveys from the eligible suppliers (trading companies and direct manufacturers). Price costing: determining all business expenses pertaining the creation of end- products. Issuance and translation of contracts and amendment agreements with the suppliers. Keeping track of loadings and payments (in accordance with INCOTERMS). Taking part in international expos Anuga Fair, Cologne, Germany, etc.
