The Student National Medical Association was a membership and mobilization group focused on empowering diverse communities to push for health equity. The national marketing manager was responsible for recruiting members and expanding the organization's footprint. Exceeded 8,000 member annual goal every year.

Recruited over 30 staff members and mobilized over 5,000 volunteers in an 8 week period for the successful election of the first ever African American senator from the State of New Jersey.

Managed a staff of 12, plus over 500 volunteers, stationed in the eastern panhandle, responsible for turnout in northern Florida.
