* Worked on miscellaneous cyber security projects that enriched eBay’s security posture. * Created Guidelines, Policies and Standard Operating Procedures for CSIRT Analysts.* Conducted on a monthly basis, tabletop scenarios between CSIRT and within eBay’s teams and adjacencies.* Lead CSIRT forensics investigations when it was needed. The forensic investigations were either done by myself, or I conducted them within my team or based on the scope of the incident, we worked with a third party vendor.* Held monthly training programs or brown bag training sessions with our cyber security teams or with teams and departments that wanted to better their cyber security awareness.* Researched external threats and determined if eBay was vulnerable to possible exploits.* Worked with Bug Bounty, Red Team, Vulnerability, Security engineers and special projects teams to close security gaps.

* Monitored the entire DoD network defense worldwide 24/7, including military stationed in hot zones. This also includes agencies that fall within DoD parameters. Monitoring and investigation were done using the following tools and applications:ArcSight ESM and Loggers, Fidelis XPS, Dragon, Tippingpoint (Certified in these applications)* Monitored and investigated 24/7 unauthorized wireless devices throughout the Pentagon using AirTight and AirTight portable devices. * Reverse engineered malware and rebuilt network traffic by performing forensics on virtual machines through static and dynamic analysis. Tools I used were:Wireshark, Sniff Hitt, Regshot, Network Miner, Process Explorer, IDA Pro and OLLDBG.* Monitored classified 24/7 DoD networks and conducted investigations on suspicious or potential classified military intelligence.* Worked side by side with Network Defense Watch officers in the event a security risk was determined to be a true positive. Wrote up debriefing reports for military personnel and Cabinet members. * Interviewed and hired security analysts for the roles of incident response and incident handling.* Level 2 Security engineer for ArcSight and wrote new rules to be digested into the channels.* Worked with firewall teams to grant permissions for traffic to either be allowed or denied.* Attended monthly Pentagon held cybersecurity meetings and present on notable worthy security vulnerabilities or exploits.

* Network monitored the entire Department of Homeland Security through the use of IDS applications and tools on DHS employees who misbehaved or conducted criminal charges: ArcSight ESM and Loggers, Sourcefire, Fidelis XPS, Dragon, and NetWitness* Reverse engineered malware on DHS built sandboxes and used the following tools to conduct network forensics:Wireshark, Sniff Hitt, Regshot, Network Miner, Process Explorer, IDA PRO, and OLLDBG.

* Breakdown and setup a small office network which included five servers, a PBX telephone system and computers.* Repaired and troubleshoot desktops and laptops.

* Build, implement, test, and release a thin-client application for the Quality Operations Engineering Department.* Used SQL Developer tools, Visual Studio 2008, Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio.* Coded in the following languages: SQL and C#/Java.

* Tested company’s in-house software through regression, load, and functional testing.* Troubleshoot onsite customer inquiries and issues through a tracking ticket system.* Built software using Visual Basic 2008 and SQL Server 2008 in 3.5 .net framework.* Wrote training SOPs, manuals and documentation for new hires and company clients and provided on-site training.* I was in charge of the accounting/finance software development and testing of the system.
