Creative Software is a pioneering leader in the Sri Lankan software services industry, employing over 300 people at its newly established research center. During my tenure at Creative Software, I was responsible for defining the appropriate user experience (UX) for products such as Cenium, Ayubolife, English Ace, and Trackit, which were sold to clients in various parts of the globe. Not only have I defined UX, but I have also been responsible for the business and brand development of creative software. In this capacity, I was able to redesign their existing Drupal-based website while mentoring a few UX apprentices.

Ryte.ai is an AI-driven telemedicine platform and an organization that provides distance healthcare consultation services by combining patients with global-level specialists related to specific diseases. During my journey with Ryte.ai, I was collaboratively working with the strategic advisors and directors as an initiation partner of the product and a consultant designer there. The responsibilities were to define the initial product wireframe and prototype with user research and define the style guide with reusable component libraries. In parallel to that, I was consulting to establish their website, social media marketing and graphic promotional needs in business development aspects.

Zepto is an AI-driven big data analytics tool that targets the Sri Lankan business crowd to manage their day-to-day financial requirements by simplifying usability with less cognition. During the journey with Zeptolytics (Pvt) Ltd., my responsibility was to interact with cross-functional departments to refine and define a better UX for the product from scratch with continuous user research. While refining the user experience of the product from the Emapthize level to the high-fidelity prototype level, I was responsible for articulating the brand image of the product by creating the product website and requiring graphical assets in business development aspects.

During my journey with the Wonderman Thompson group, I was able to attend all kinds of ATL and BTL promotions under the supervision of the senior creative director. There, I was responsible for handling the brand image of Dialog and Seylan Bank. And during the journey, I was able to actively participate in several brainstorming sessions related to actual brand management and advertising pitches for Sri Lankan Airlines and Jonson and Jonson's group. In there, I designed promotional assets related to ATL and BTL advertising campaigns and transferred them to the finalization section. I am able to obtain all the hands-on experience related to the usage of Adobe Creative Suite for real-world advertising, including engaging with commercial shoots and photography sessions, storyboarding and storytelling, mounting artworks, and engaging with real-life promotional campaigns executed at public places like Majestic City and Liberty Plaza in Sri Lanka.

The journey with the Print Care Group was part of a university-assigned internship and training program to help students comprehend the practical aspects of computer-aided graphics. During my time with the Printcare team, I was exposed to all of the graphic design methods, color separation techniques, package design concepts, and print design concepts, as well as security printing and cross-departmental collaboration procedures.
