Responsible for Factory Integration Testing (FIT) & Factory acceptance Test (FAT) for Substation Automation Products~ Perform complete system integration utilizing IEC61850 standard and other industrial communication protocols/standards like MODBUS serial & TCP/IP, IEC60870-5-101/104, GOOSE, SNTP. ~ Database preparation & modification for the FAT of multiple projects for the C264 & Saitel DP products as well as perform complete testing for the same. ~ Validation of panels layout, BOM, control & protection circuits, quality parameters and complete all type of panel testing. ~ Understand & implement the concepts like Server - Client, Master - Slave, Publisher - Subscriber, Manager - Client, Network Redundancy.~ Networking as per the system architecture & execute full integration of IEDs in factory. Multiple network configuration of equipment's like GPS, EFS, Servers, Firewall..etc. To perform complete system integration in factory. ~ Demonstrate FAT to customer & resolve punch point of customer during FAT. ~ 5S & Safety compliance maintain & control in FAT area.

- Maintain and update ISO documents and other documents related maintenance.- Maintenance and operation of utility as well as all auxiliary equipment in plant like air compressor, HVAC, vacuum pump, RO plant, UPS, motor….etc.- Attend the breakdown immediately to avoid stoppage of production. As and when require.- Schedule and undertake periodic maintenance of all machineries in plant, electrical equipments, components and installation.- Deal with the emergencies, unplanned problems and troubleshoot all the electrical as well as mechanical problems.- Plan and execute the preventive maintenance, monthly maintenance, half yearly maintenance and yearly maintenance.- Purchase of material required in maintenance and deal with the outside vendors.

- Testing various all types of protections/supervision relays of different makes (Siemens, ABB, Schneider, C&S, Alstom…etc) by using secondary injection kit (1ph/3ph) as well as primary injection kit as per the requirement.- Testing and maintenance of switchgear electrical equipments used in utility/substation like power transformer, CT, PT, HT cables, busbars, CB, energy meters…etc of different ratings with the help of testing equipments in multiple industries all over india. - Commissioning of HT panels, LT panels, CT, PT, circuit breaker, energy meters, relays in all type of industries all over india.- Troubleshooting the HT panel and LT panel problems as well as electrical equipment.- Protection scheme testing of transformers, motors and interlocks like REF, SEF, Differential…etc. - FAT at the production unit and handle the customer inspections as well as commissioning of panels.- Generate test certification as well as commissioning reports of visited sites.
