It includes different activities that goes not only from the traditional and very effective one-on-one Forma Concept's exclusive fitness training sessions and yoga private practices but also a combination  of diversed fitness studio classes,group yoga classes, dance classes and nutrition advice. Forma Concepts simply respects the uniqueness of every person and body type, to generate a state of health and well-being and achieve each person's individual goals through tailor-made programs.

Ellen started playing the piano by the age of 6 and her first time in a recording studio happened when she was also 6, for a gospel album which her father was the producer.Always engaged with music she joined both the choirs for the orchestras of her city and the State of Santa Catarina to travel and at different regions of Brazil. Because of that could receive professional training from important names in the community of musicians from which she later was to be part of.At 17 years old she finalized her studies at the Conservatory of Music of Florianopolis achieving high levels as a technical classical pianist and then entered the University of the State of Santa Catarina to become a Piano Bachelor, but in between her studies she decided to follow the path of singing.With experience in vocal and harmony technique from popular and classical music, to jazz and gospel she has participated as soloist or integrant part of the choir for different pieces of recreations of musicals such as Annie, The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King, A Chorus Line, Hair, Mama Mia!, Les Miserables, The Phanthom of the Opera, Rent, Miss Saigon, Cats, Moulin Rouge, Grease, Chicago, Sweet Charity, Cabaret, Aida as well as classical concerts like The Opera do Malandro - a Tribute to Tom Jobim, Beethoven Symphony n. 9, Mozart's Requiem, The Magic Flute and Rigolleto.She started her dance training by the age of 15, with dance background from classical ballet, jazz, lyrical jazz, funky jazz, hip hop, ballroom and latin american dance, contemporary, aerial arts and of course all afro-brazilian popular dances that are very strong in her own country. Then left Brazil with the Brazilian Ballet Dance Company to Shanghai, where she was based for 2 years while touring around China and then was transfered to Hong Kong where she has been based until today.Currently working as a model, dancer,singer, actress and DJ, keeps traveling around Asia and Europe.
