● Managed 27 Technology Sales Specialists in 17 Best Buy locations across South Florida and one location in Puerto Rico. During the holiday season, this team led the country in sales and low return rates and currently still is in the top four regions in the country. ● Analyzed sales and return metrics at all my individual stores to find patterns and underperforming locations and product categories and developed and implemented strategies to improve the sales of those products and reduce return. Used these metrics to train and develop the store specialists to increase sales of all our product categories. ●As a Senior Territory Manager, I have also assisted the regional manager in supporting and coaching the South East team and later the unified East team in anything that was needed, often answering questions and leading the team when the Regional Manager is not available. My market is also the fourth highest in sales for the country.● I believe that is due to my coaching of the Technology Sales Specialist to properly qualify theircustomers. I have coached and trained my Technology Sales Specialist to become the bestrepresentatives in the store and to become a valuable member of the Best Buy family. I was thecontact person for VAIO and often Sony in these stores.● I did both classroom style trainings as well as on the floor, one on one trainings on the benefitsof VAIO and Sony. These trainings led to Sony VAIO doing extremely well in the market. Ialso often sold the product myself when training a sales associate on the floor.
