- Prepares quantity take-off (QTO) on civil, architectural, structural and MEP Works and simultaneously check whether there are variations to the contract.- Prepares and submits Main Contract Variations / Contractual Claims.- Prepares Interim Payment Application & liaise the Payment Certification- Controls and monitor the notification of variations and claims- Prepares Subcontract and Supplier’s Agreement- Subcontract Procurement & Management (Variation, Valuation & Payment)- Assists with Cost, Revenue and Forecasting preparation - Assists with Monthly Project Reporting preparation

- Prepares quantity take-off (QTO) on civil, architectural and structural (CAS) works and simultaneously check whether there are variations to the contract. - Prepares cost proposals based on issued fit-out design concept to Client. - Prepares Variation Order Requests (VORs) to Client. - Close coordination and collection of monthly progress payment to Client. - Assigns work to subcontractors by means of preparing tender documents, bid analyses and award recommendation of subcontractor’s package. - Prepares cost monitoring to show project profitability. - Evaluates Subcontractor’s interim payment, variation and final accounting. - Prepares contractual letters to Client & Subcontractors under PWA “GCC”. - Assists in preparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims using SCL Protocol. - Planning and Engineering (P&E) Support for HBKMC Operating Theaters.

- Prepares quantity take-off (QTO) on civil, architectural and structural (CAS) works and simultaneously check whether there are variations to the contract. - Prepares Variation Order Requests (VORs) to Client. - Prepares Value Engineering (i.e. alternate proposals) to Client. - Assists in preparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims using SCL Delay and Disruption Protocol as a guideline. - Closely coordinates with Client for VORs and EOT Claims approval. - Assigns work to subcontractors by means of preparing tender documents, bid analyses and award recommendation of subcontractor’s package. - Prepares cost monitoring to show project profitability. - Prepares technical and contractual letters to Client and Subcontractors under FIDIC Condition of Contract (RED Book). - Evaluates Subcontractor’s interim payment, variation and final accounting. - Planning and Engineering (P&E) In-Charge for Architectural Works. - Project coordination, such as meetings with client, supervision consultant, and subcontractors for efficient resolution of site issues. - Subcontractor and Procurement Management - Prepares and reviews material submittal - Reviews subcontractor’s work method statement and inspection test and plan constructability - Prepares and reviews closeout documentation for project handover - Factory Visit and Field Quality Control Testing Representative - Ensures all purchased materials conform to the project specifications and requirements such as LEED implementation but not limited thereto - Site inspections, continual monitoring & supports the construction team. - Prepares and circulates internal and external meeting minutes.

- Handles QAQC inspections for civil and architectural works. - Evaluates sub-contractors progress billing and performance report. - Project coordination, such as meetings with client and consultants. - Monitors & inspects construction activities performed on a continual basis from production up to close-outs/handover stage. - Supervises, coordinates and assists in closing-out all architectural snag lists and open NCRs for project handover - QC representative for factory plant visits and field quality control test(s) - Inspects and certifies that all materials delivered in the project site are in accordance with the project specifications and approved submittals. - Convenes and presides coordination meeting with subcontractors. - Prepares technical and contractual correspondences.

- Collects, evaluates relevant data and conducts field work investigation- Geo-Resistivity Survey and assisting in preparation of technical reports
