EDF is the first Azure Cloud migration project in TD Bank. It involved migrating 27+ Source systems from On-premise Big Data platform to Azure ADLS Gen2 for Global Anti Money Laundering (GAML) Business line. This included designing lake house architecture, preparing business rules specific to GAML needs, assess customer risk rating / scoring at enterprise level (ECRR) using Oracle OFSAA tool. Evaluated if source origination application is in CRR scope and in Enterprise Data Provisioning Platform (EDPP). Conducted Data discovery sessions with source system SMEs and POCs involving business stakeholders. Drafted requirements, performed gap analysis to successfully migrate GAML ECRR & TM to MS Azure.(2) Condor Migration Project – TD bank acquired Wells Fargo Finance Canadian Direct Equipment Finance BusinessRolled out Reporting system and Migrate Equipment Finance data of approximately 9,000+ contracts and 3,500+ contacts from Wells Fargo Finance Condor Migration and Acquisition project. Some of the Collateral Asset types are Trucks & Tractors; Construction Equipment; Buses; Machine Tools; Forestry Logging Equipment; Marine; Manufacturing Equipment; Forklifts; Electronic manufacturing and testing; Examined current processes and practices in detail to understand the main business factors that currently benefit the business that includes WF reports reconciling with TD's EKIP system. Developed a complete set of business requirements both high and detail level. Gather business transaction and data volumes from the future business model if any to help assess the system's ability to support current and future business volume. Identified priority reports, performed ETL for data loads, and qualified existing reports impacted.
