1. SPOC for SW upgrade process for Neptune product line2. Handle escalations for pre & post upgrade issues of the Neptune products3. Involve in technical discussions & solutions with RnD/QA/Systems related to PR/CR during upgrade.4. Prepare solution documentation related to upgrade, prechecks and share with relevant teams5. Open PR/CR in JIRA and track the same for solution/resolutions with relevant shareholder's6. Provide POC support.

Provide solutions & troubleshoot networks involving SDH/SONET , Optics , Layer2 & Carrier Ethernet for Indian & Global telecos.Act as an interface between various teams like R&D , Customer Support , Pre-Sales while handling day today activities.Design networks & provide recommendations for existing networks for Indian & global telecom customers.Provide training & knowledge sharing to various customer support & field engineering teams.Provide demo about new products & process to telecom customers in India & globally.Involve in major SW upgrade activities for entire networks.

Leading a Team to Test the IPDSLAM products of Alcatel-Lucent. Actively interact with the R&D to validate and fix S/W issues.Mentoring and coaching other colleagues.

1. Write test procedures according to the System Test Plan or requirements.2. Set the H/W & S/W environment according to the test procedure set-up.3. Familiarity with Ethernet / MPLS / IP / Data protocols4. Execution of end-to-end H/W and S/W testing according to the test procedure.5. Perform Debugging Analysis of encountered problems, and Report them to a Fault Tracker Management system.6. Support development team and report problems in debugging and isolating the root cause of errors.7. Track problem reports and resolutions, according to the Fault Tracker Management flow chart.8. Record and report test results.9. Update Test Procedures according to data obtained from random results, customers complain, field eng inputs and so on.10. Participation in Field Trials & Customer activities domestic & abroad.
