Specialised in Elementary Education from Delhi University, holding 10+ years of teaching experience. My background covers a variety of grade levels, subject areas and cultural diversity.On a daily basis it is my professional goal to provide a safe, fun place to grow. A place where everyone learns, laughs, and develops responsibility for learning. With guidance and encouragement I aim to foster a community of various learners, who take risks, ask questions, experiment and explore, work independently and collaboratively; who develop a sense of responsibility for personal choices, and global sensitivity. I believe every student should have the opportunity to achieve and that it is my job to provide the time and support each child’s needs to meet their own personal excellence. Children fascinate me and I enjoy any opportunity that allows me to stretch my teaching to meet their learning styles, abilities, and interests. In order to meet this challenge, I aim to keep abreast of developments in my profession through readings, workshops, and collaborations. Experience, cupped with open dialogue and purposeful professional growth, has enabled me to develop a style that reflects my dedication to the learner. I believe my own enthusiasm to learn allows me to be more responsive to my students individual changing needs and has made my teaching alive and creative.
